My Newsletter

Welcome to my latest experiment … the author newsletter. I’ve heard it’s quite beneficial to have one, so I decided to try it out.

If you’re interested, you can sign up HERE.

Long story short (I can use clichés on here), I tried out two services before settling on the second one. So if you signed up via that obnoxious little pop-up I had active on my site for a day or so and still want to get whatever I decide to send, you’ll need to sign up with the new link. The pop-up was with the service I decided not to use.

Anyway, I plan to send out monthly newsletters (starting with December) and info about new releases (whenever I have one).

What kind of content would you be interested in seeing in a monthly newsletter?

Published by Kristina Hall

Kristina Hall is a sinner saved by grace who seeks to glorify God with her words. Things Not Seen is her debut novel. She is a homeschool graduate and holds a degree in accounting. When she’s not writing, she enjoys reading, arm wrestling, and lifting weights.

  1. THAT IS SO EXCITING!!!!!! I’m pretty sure I signed up with the right one. The link you had on your GoodReads author profile? Yeah, I had seen it there and was like, ooooo, when did Kristina get a newsletter. I thought I had missed the very important announcement and rushed to sign up. 😂 Hmmm maybe you could share snippets of your new release. 😍 Or answer commonly asked questions. Or share fun, insider info? Writing/marketing/editing tips? Those are just some stuff I’ve seen other authors doing.

I CAN’T WAIT FOR THE FIRST NEWSLETTER!!!!!!!!

  4. Ooh, yay!! What…exactly is a newsletter? LOL! I am foreign to these things…although I imagine that this has to do with you and your writing life…XD

You could do sneak previews of your books (or make us guess the title/theme with riddles because riddles are amazing…and I’m SURE someone else has a thing for riddles *raises eyebrow with a grin*), author Q&A’s (that would be fun, especially every time you have a book published so we can know the backstory or even about yourself!), book recommendations (and books you wouldn’t recommend), tips for us writers, and…possibly…prompts if you’re up to it. It depends on how many people want to do prompts I guess…LOL! I think the others have covered what I’ve mentioned and what I haven’t mentioned either…

    1. A newsletter is basically just an email sent to anyone who signs up to receive it. In my case, it’ll be about writing/books.

Those are all great suggestions! I’ve added them to my list! Thanks so much!!
